LongSkisTruck™ products are produced using a print-on-demand (POD) model or sold as clearly described vintage items. Because of this, our return policy is intentionally limited and designed to be transparent, fair, and consistent.


Print-on-Demand Items (Posters)

All poster prints are made to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for print-on-demand items except in cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.

If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right — quickly and fairly.

Vintage & Used Items

Vintage and used items are sold as-is, with condition clearly described and photographed. Returns are accepted only if the item arrives significantly not as described.

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Print-on-demand products (except for damage or defects)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible return is approved, a refund will be issued and a new order may be placed separately.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers

EU consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to custom-made or print-on-demand products, except where required by law for damaged or defective goods.
